JY Comercial Ltda. started its activities on 04 October 1988.

Sought partnerships with large manufacturers, and because of these partnerships, even distributing many products for the industrial segment, butterfly valves have become the company's flagship.

After some years in business, winning, gaining loyalty, a lot of customers, and forming the company name on the market, JY Comercial reached a stage of growth, and the need for more investment in the company becomes visible, so JY's distribution line is the expanded including, in addition to the control butterfly valves, the ball valves and industrial accessories.

Currently, JY Commercial is a distributor of MGA (ball valves) Conesteel (globe valves, forged drawer, and retention) and Asta Wika (Instrumentation), and sells other high-quality brands in the market.

These partnerships provide JY the opportunity, for the fourth consecutive year, of maintaining Petrobrás' CRCC (Certificate of Registration and Registry Classification).

By the end of 2004, JY Commercial, after many market and products analyses, takes the initial step to manufacture its own Butterfly Valve, and so in 2005, in the city of Sorocaba / SP, a company is born with an experience of 16 years in the market, the JY Válvulas Industrial.

JY Válvulas Industrial Ltda. starts its activities, with significant differentials for the market: superiority in quality, affordability, flexibility in negotiations, availability of distribution for domestic and international markets, and its own technical assistance.

Aimed at the product quality and improvement in customer service, the JY's directors create another company,VM SERVICE, thus forming the JY Group. This company, also located in Sorocaba / SP, is comprised of expert and trained professionals to provide maintenance services on all types of control valves, actuators, and accessories.

Currently, the JY Group operates throughout the national territory and expands its activities in the MERCOSUR.
